Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actor and singer from the United States. She won the most accolades for her performance as Layla Grant and Claudia Shepard, respectively as Claudia Shepard and Layla Grant in Nashville (2012). She also was in the role of Jerrica Jem in the movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. The younger sister of her is Ally. Aubrey was a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre during her growing up. She was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School, in which she was the valedictory for the 2012 class. Harvard University admitted her, but she had to agree to her admission the second time because of her Nashville part. Peeples was a guest on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as an recurring role on Necessary Roughness (1991). She appeared on television as a character in Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 as well as The Good Mother. She had a major part in the role of Layla Grant on the Nashville Drama in the second season. Peeples talked about her bipolar disorder in an interview she gave the magazine NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the best actors under twenty years old aged in September 2014.
